Dear Fellow ASHA Members:
This President’s Message follows shortly upon the heels of the most recent Bulletin which is a result of our efforts to get the information to the membership back on a timely track. Please remember that this organization is run by volunteers whose personal lives often times take precedence, as they should, over the association’s.
One of our board members Marsha Mayeda has recently resigned from the board of directors and as treasurer. Please join me in thanking Marsha for her hard work and efforts on behalf of ASHA. We are truly grateful to her for her professionalism and hard work in helping us make progress in our financial reporting. The board has requested that Ken Knuth fill the rest of Marsha’s term and he has generously agreed to do so. Please join me in welcoming Ken to the board of directors.
